PSH4 four horizontal lifting

Operating principle: the car entrance and exit is on the ground floor, the highest level of the parking board only do lifting movement, the lowest level only do horizontal movement, the middle two floors can both do lifting movement and horizontal movement. There are vacant seats on the lower three floors. The parking board changes the vacant seats by moving horizontally, and the car above the vacant seats is lowered. The car on the lowest floor can be removed without moving.
